Exhaust Dyeing
1.1

Recipe of dyeing bath
Dyes:  X%(o.w.f)
Acetic acid: adjust pH to 4.5-5
Levelling agent: 0.5-1g/l

1.2

Dyeing condition
Liquor ratio: 1:10-40
Temperature: 130°C
Time: 40-60min

1.4 Reduction clearing (After treatment) Assistant Dyes
  Recipe:
    Hydrosulphite: 2g/l
    Caustic soda(38º Be'): 2ml/l
Temperature: 70-80°C
Time: 20min
Liquor ratio: 1:50
1.5 Rinsing and Drying
2. Thermosol
2.1 Padding-Drying
Recipe of padding liquor
    Disperse dyes: xg/l
    Sodium alginate: 2g/l
Liquor pick-up: 60%
Drying temp: 70-90°C
2.2 Thermofixation
Temperature: 180-220°C
Time: 90sec.
2.3 After teatment
Rinsing→ Reduction clearing →Rinsing →Drying

Carrier dyeing
Recipe:
     Disperse dyes: x%(o.w.f)
    Carrier: 2-4g/l
    Acetic acid: Adjust pH to 4.5-5
    Ammonium sulphate: 1-2g/l
    Temp.x Time: 100°Cx60-90min

4. Printing
4.1 Recipe of printing paste:
Disperse dyes: xg
Water: yml
Urea: 20g
Sodium chlorate: 2g
Tartaric acid: 3g
Soluble starch thickener (pH=4.5-5):500g
Total amount:1000g

Procedure
Printing→ Drying→ Steaming(165-185°C×5-10min) Thermofixation (190-210°C×90sec)→ Rinsing→ Reduction clearing → Rinsing→ Drying
